With 25 years of professional experience, he specializes in human capital strategy, talent acquisition, and leadership assessment to drive growth and transformation across sectors. He spent a decade in management consulting with Tier 1 firms, rising to Director, before founding and running his own ventures in FMCG and Tech for another 10 years, gaining hands-on experience in business building and leadership. His career spans corporate, entrepreneurial, and public-sector environments, blending strategic depth with agility. Yannis holds a PhD in Decision Support Systems and an MEng in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
